Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the team to build and maintain sustainable relationships with online services.
• Develop knowledge of supervised services and the online safety programme.
• Assess protections for users and support improvements under the Online Safety Act.
• Collect and analyse information to support the wider team.
• Deliver concise documents and updates for internal or external use.
• Prioritise workload to meet strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders across Ofcom.
• Contribute to initiatives like cross-regulatory engagement.
