Prospero Teaching is looking for Learning Support Assistants to work in schools across Wigan, providing support to students from Early Years to Key Stage 5. Qualifications

• Strong behaviour management skills essential.
• Experience supporting students in classrooms or small groups.
• UK school experience preferred, up to Key Stage 5.
• Safeguarding training up to date is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support students in small groups or 1:1 to aid the teacher.
• Assist with classroom activities and supervision.
• Adapt support to individual students and learning needs.
