Responsibilities

• Support children both in and out of the classroom, helping them build confidence, develop independence and achieve their potential.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, complex needs, MLD and PMLD.
