Job summary

eTeam Workforce Limited is seeking an Interaction Designer for a 3-month contract in the UK, with location in Telford or Worthing and two days onsite. The role focuses on designing user interactions, optimising flows, and ensuring intuitive interfaces across services.

You will collaborate with researchers, content designers, service designers, performance analysts and developers to translate evidence into practical designs while addressing policy and user requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing user interactions for digital services.
• Ability to collaborate with researchers, designers and developers.
• Knowledge of CESA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with user researchers, content designers, service designers and performance analysts as well as with software developers, policy and legal teams.
• Develop designs based on evidence of user needs and organisational outcomes.
• Ensure that the interface is easy to use and navigate.
• Interpret evidence-based research and incorporate this into your work.
• Work with the product manager, digital service manager, business analysts and user researchers to refine the services in light of external factors such as changes to policy, legislation, technology or user requirements.
