Surrey Choices is seeking an Employment Support Specialist to guide and support customers with their employment aspirations, helping them access paid employment, volunteering and other opportunities in their communities.

You will assist with CV writing, interview preparation, job coaching and travel training, travelling across East Surrey to meet customers and employers. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and a compassionate, person-centred approach is essential.

Formación

• Experience delivering job outcomes for disabled people.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Good IT skills and able to use basic software for CVs and travel planning.
• Knowledge of Employment Law and related legislation.
• Strong communication with individuals, families and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and support customers with employment aspirations and access to paid employment, volunteering and other opportunities.
• Support customers with CV writing, interview preparation, and travel training.
• Engage with customers, families and external partners to create pathways to work.
• Travel across East Surrey to meet customers and employers; provide travel coaching as needed.
