Job summary

UNSW is seeking an Associate Lecturer / Lecturer (Education Focused) in Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology. You will contribute to teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, support accreditation activities and stay current in pedagogy and the field.

At Level A you will deliver teaching with guidance, at Level B you will design courses, act as Course Authority, and contribute to quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Accreditation with ESSA as an exercise physiologist (desirable).
• Knowledge/experience in exercise physiology, neuro rehabilitation (e.g., spinal cord injury).
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to support diverse backgrounds and ED&I initiatives.
• Understanding of UNSW aims, values and relevant policies.
• Commitment to health and safety responsibilities and training.
• PhD or equivalent teaching experience and adoption of online learning technologies.
• Experience delivering undergrad/postgrad courses and course delivery methods.
