Job summary

Childbase Partnership seeks a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above) to deliver high-quality early years learning at our Redbourn nursery. You will plan engaging activities, observe and assess progress, and support safeguarding and Wellbeing.

Join our employee-owned team and work closely with families and colleagues to create a nurturing, safe environment. Permanent, 20–40 hours/week; location: Redbourn AL3 7NB.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DfE approved early years qualification at level 2 or above.
• Knowledge of the EYFS to plan and implement high quality activities.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting child wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement learning through play to promote development.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Safeguard every child and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with children, parents and colleagues to build strong relationships.
