Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Community Staff Nurse to join the 0-19 (25) team in Slough. You will support the Healthy Child Programme across community, home and school settings, working with Health Visitors and School Nurses to promote health and early intervention.

The role requires NMC registration (or awaiting), strong safeguarding knowledge and the ability to collaborate with partners. A full driving licence and access to a car are required.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse or midwife (or awaiting registration) with current NMC registration or being processed.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and child protection.
• Experience in public health/public health nursing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Healthy Child Programme across community, home, and school settings.
• Build relationships with families and partner agencies to promote health and early intervention.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in multidisciplinary working to improve outcomes.
