Supply Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker for a permanent role based in the West Midlands. You will assess and plan care, promote independence, safety and wellbeing using a strengths-based approach.

The role requires registration with Social Work England, a social work degree, and eligibility to work in the UK. The post offers career progression, a £3,000 welcome payment, and LGPS pension eligibility.

Formación

• Registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
• Degree, Diploma, CSS or CQSW in Social Work.
• Awareness of current legislation and guidance relevant to adult social care.
• Experience conducting safeguarding enquiries and collaborating with other agencies.
• Up-to-date CV.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
• National Insurance Number.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake Care Act Assessments, support planning, and Section 42 Enquiries.
• Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and Community DoLS.
• Carry out CHC and s117 work.
• Undertake safeguarding enquiries and work in partnership with other agencies.
• Provide high-quality adult social care interventions using a strengths-based approach.

Educación

Social Work degree/diploma (CSS/CQSW) / Social Work England registration
