The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) invites applications for a Research Fellow to edit the Hub's company reports and drive stakeholder engagement and impact. You will work under Dr Grace Lordan to quality-assure outputs and publish up to 700 semi-automated reports, coordinating with data generators and practitioners.

You will lead outreach to companies, investors, regulators and networks, and be accountable for engagement targets, using your strong communication skills to

• PhD in a relevant social science discipline or substantial industry experience.
• Expertise in research on diversity and inclusion, race and ethnicity in workplaces.
• Proven record of high-quality written outputs for practitioner/policy audiences.
• Experience with large datasets and understanding of how large language models are used to classify text.

Responsabilidades

• Edit, quality-assure and publish up to 700 semi-automated company reports for the Hub.
• Lead outreach to companies, investors, regulators and practitioner networks.
• Achieve engagement and impact targets for the Hub’s stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data teams and Dr Grace Lordan to ensure outputs meet standards.
• Present findings to senior external audiences and maintain relationships.
