Job summary

Tesco Pharmacy is looking for a Duty Pharmacy Manager to lead a busy team, deliver NHS and Private services, and support pharmacists while strengthening community ties. You’ll inspire and develop colleagues and help shape excellent patient care across the store.

Qualifications

• Must have a Pharmacy Degree.
• Be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willing to join the PVG Scheme.
• A DBS check will be completed before employment.

Responsibilities

• Supply prescriptions and NHS/Private services; provide healthcare advice.
• Support the charity program by advising the community on cancer, heart disease and diabetes.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train and develop colleagues.
• Help build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries.
• Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.
