Job Description:

Autumnal Partners is currently searching for a Fund Controller/Portfolio Reporting Analyst for a boutique Impact Investment Private Equity Fund to support the delivery of investor reporting and fund oversight.

You will ensure accurate, insightful, and timely reporting to investors and boards, while strengthening the fund’s accounting and governance framework. As part of a growing finance team, you will drive transparency and accountability across a diverse portfolio of impactful investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee fund administrators to ensure high-quality fund accounting, reporting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to review and improve financial reporting processes.
• Review fund accounts prepared by administrators and prepare investor reports on fund performance, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Support audit processes and ensure timely regulatory and board reporting.
• Assist with investment performance analysis, valuations, and fund return modeling.
• Enhance sustainability and ESG reporting standards across the fund’s investments.

Applicants should be ACA (or equivalent) qualified with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in fund accounting for LP/GP structured funds. Reasonable financial modeling proficiency is required.
