Bloomsbury Football Foundation is seeking a Coach Mentor for the Women’s Coaching Pathway in North London. This fixed term, part-time role supports our mission to grow women’s participation in grassroots football and to develop coaching talent from the ground up.

You will guide a small group of coaches, attend CPD sessions, and hold coaching conversations to build confidence on and off the pitch. This is a values-driven role aligned with community impact.

Qualifications

• UEFA C coaching qualification with 3–5+ years coaching experience at grassroots level.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.
• Able to attend CPD sessions on Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Hold at least 2 one-to-ones with each coach, monitoring progress and development.
• Be a point of contact for coaches between sessions.
• Provide honest, constructive feedback to help coaches grow.
• Attend at least 4 of the 6 CPD sessions and assist in delivering 2 CPD sessions.
