Job summary

The Donkey Sanctuary is seeking a Programme Design and Impact Advisor to lead monitoring, evaluation, learning and impact measurement across international programmes. You will design evidence-based approaches, ensure accountability and maximise impact for donkeys and communities.

Working with colleagues across countries, you will develop MEAL frameworks, support staff and partners, and help prepare funding proposals while embedding MEAL in project plans and budgets.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or above, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven MEAL design and evaluation experience within international development or related discipline.
• Thorough understanding of MEAL systems, theory of change and related methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead on monitoring and evaluation to ensure programmes are evidence-based and results-driven.
• Develop a shared MEAL database and contribute to an evidence-based portfolio.
• Implement and review a Results Framework and MEAL tools; enable staff and partners to apply them.
