Job summary

Countryside Classroom is seeking a Community Payback supervisor to lead teams on local projects in the Guildford and Redhill area. You will supervise offenders, coordinate tasks, and ensure high standards while supporting rehabilitation and employability through practical community work.

Role involves driving, weekend/evening work, and engaging with partner organisations. Training is provided; a full manual driving licence is essential, with opportunities for progression into management roles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate offenders to complete a range of manual tasks.
• Drive a van/minibus to transport people and equipment and brief on tasks.
