Job summary

Countryside Classroom in East of England is seeking a Community Payback supervisor to lead a team on unpaid projects such as clearing overgrowth, restoring facilities, and planting trees. You will supervise, motivate, and brief participants to complete tasks to a high standard.

You’ll drive a van or minibus, work weekends/evenings, and support offenders to learn new skills that improve employment prospects. A full manual driving licence is essential, along with good organisation and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate offenders to complete manual tasks such as clearing overgrowth, restoring facilities, planting trees or laying flowerbeds.
• Drive a van or minibus to transport people and equipment and brief people on probation prior to tasks.
• Collaborate with partner organisations and maintain high standards of work and safety.
