Responsibilities

• Identify growth-stage opportunities in impact sectors leveraging French-language networks.
• Lead financial, operational, and impact assessments.
• Build sophisticated DCF, LBO, and valuation models for deals.
• Support structuring, negotiations, and closing.
• Partner with founders to scale impact and returns.
• Track European impact trends and thematic opportunities.
