Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day finance, operations, governance and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with Head of Finance and Operations to strengthen controls.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee day-to-day financial processing, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery and compliance with charity procedures.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management information, including cash flow and projections.
• Maintain reconciliations, fund accounting, journals, accruals and other financial records.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, budgeting monitoring and reporting for funds and projects.
• Lead year-end and audit preparation and advise on finance matters.
• Line-manage Finance Assistant and IT and Operations Officer with objective setting.
• Support performance through regular reviews and coaching.
• Oversee IT and digital systems, licensing, access and service improvements.
• Maintain cyber security, data quality and data protection practices.
• Support data governance and compliance with data protection requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve systems.
