ShelterBox Headquarters in Truro is recruiting a Finance Officer to join the Financial Accounts team. You will maintain financial records, process invoices and payroll, and contribute to month-end and year-end reporting in a busy charity environment.

Hybrid working with a mix of office and home is offered; weekly office attendance in Cornwall is required. AAT qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Experience in working in a finance team.
• Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of finance processes.
• Strong organisational skills and good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the charity's financial records ensuring compliance with processes and legal requirements.
• Process invoices, bank payments and payroll; assist with month-end and year-end tasks.
• Support gift aid, journal postings, and reconciliation activities with the team.
• Manage cashflow inputs, fixed asset register and dimensions/project updates.
• Provide financial information requests and support for audits.
