Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Equity Flow Product Controller within the EMEA Equity Derivatives team.

You will produce substantiated T+1 P&L and market risk reports for the Front Office and senior management, partnering with Front Office, Market Risk, Valuation Control, Financial Control, Operations and Technology to ensure accurate reporting and robust controls. The role offers exposure to senior management, opportunities to interrogate data, and to drive process improvements in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Work experience in Product Control, Audit, Valuations or related area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related.
• Understanding of derivative products and financial theory.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a control focus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily P&L and Market Risk exposure reporting to Front Office.
• Provide detailed analysis of P&L drivers to Front Office heads and senior Finance management.
• Coordinate across front & back office functions to resolve control and reporting issues.
• Partner with the business to implement robust controls and new initiatives.
• Assist with month-end close processes.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests.
