Job summary

Regeneron seeks a Commercialization Manager to drive local commercialization activities in immunology within the UK. Hybrid work in Uxbridge, collaborating with Sales and marketing teams to execute brand plans and improve performance.

You will manage Veeva CRM assets, generate insights, and support materials while liaising with partners and cross-functional teams to sustain strong commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years in alliance management, field-based roles, or pharmaceutical consulting.
• Experience in immunology, especially biologics.
• Pharmaceutical industry or agency experience.
• Strong knowledge of the NHS.
• Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent planning, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong project/process management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with alliance partners to implement local commercialization strategies across immunology areas.
• Partner with Sales to execute local tactical plans and deliver sales support materials.
• Build, support, track, and optimize field execution of brand plans using KPIs.
• Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams for input and updates.
• Manage day-to-day administration of Veeva CRM and Veeva PromoMats (routing, approvals, compliance).
• Lead competitive intelligence activities and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Audit and maintain field-facing resources for accuracy and compliance.
