Job Title: Immunology Commercial Director, High Wycombe

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a UK Immunology Commercial Director to develop and implement strategic plans focused on improving patient outcomes and achieving business growth. Based in High Wycombe, UK, this role requires an EU work permit.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute the UK Immunology 3-5-year strategy and annual business plans.
  2. Collaborate with the UK Immunology Country Value Team to understand external market dynamics and develop strategic plans.
  3. Influence EMEA strategies to align with UK market needs.
  4. Lead and develop high-performing commercial teams.
  5. Build external partnerships to shape policy and improve healthcare outcomes.
  6. Oversee financial planning, including P&L, sales forecasts, and resource allocation.
