The Role of Immigration Solicitor:
You will join a dynamic and growing immigration department, handling a broad mix of private and corporate immigration matters. The firm is particularly interested in candidates with experience across:

• Sponsor licences & skilled worker visas
• EUSS applications
• Family and private life applications
• Detention, bail, and asylum matters
• Judicial review and appeals work
• The caseload will be tailored to your strengths, with scope to expand into new areas depending on your interests and expertise.
