A well-established law firm is seeking a passionate and ambitious Immigration Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE to join its thriving immigration team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse and engaging caseload, handling privately funded immigration matters and providing expert legal support to a wide range of clients.

The Role:

1. Managing a varied caseload of private immigration matters, ensuring expert representation and high-quality client service.
2. Drafting detailed legal representations and preparing complex UK immigration applications, appeals, and litigation cases.
3. Advising on all aspects of personal and business immigration, including right-to-work issues, sponsor license applications, and compliance matters.
4. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling day-to-day communications with professionalism and efficiency.
5. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while ensuring meticulous attention to detail and excellent case preparation.
6. Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the firm’s immigration practice.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 4+ years' PQE with substantial experience in immigration law, ideally within a reputable regional or national firm.
2. A genuine passion for immigration law and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
3. Strong drafting and advocacy skills, with the ability to provide strategic legal advice.
4. Confidence in handling complex cases, including those involving vulnerable clients, with sensitivity and care.
5. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a supportive team.
6. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.
7. Familiarity with Proclaim (desirable but not essential).
