JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking an Immigration Paralegal in London to support the Immigration Partner and team on corporate and private immigration matters. You will manage your own caseload, draft documentation, liaise with UKVI, and participate in events to support the firm’s growth.

The role requires a law degree, with LPC preferable, and around 2 years of immigration experience. A dynamic, client‑facing environment and career development are on offer.

Qualificações

• Law degree required or equivalent.
• Completion of the LPC preferable.
• 2 years' experience in immigration law, ideally corporate immigration.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and submit a broad range of corporate and private immigration applications.
• Manage your own caseload and assist with immigration appeals.
• Draft representations and supporting documentation; liaise with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).
• Attend networking, marketing and business development events.
