Qualifications

• Experience in immigration law, ideally 18+ months.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage own caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own immigration caseload across private client and corporate matters.
• Undertake legal research to support applications and decisions.
• Prepare immigration applications including various routes and citizenship applications.
• Draft representations and statements in support of applications.
• Assist with immigration appeals as required.
