A leading immigration services provider is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join their UK Inbound team in London. This role involves assisting in casework, preparing for client meetings, and aiding in business development activities related to Japanese clients. The role:
As a team member under direct supervision, the Immigration Paralegal will assist in the day to day functions of the UK Inbound team including all aspects of casework and assisting in the preparation of applications. They will also assist in the preparation for and attend external meetings, marketing events and project work. You will also be part of growing the Japan practice by networking and undertaking other business development activities. The successful candidate for this role will receive world class training (both internally and in the role).

The team:
This position sits within our dedicated Japan Practice, based in our London office. The team is specialised in the UK inbound immigration matters, predominantly working with global Japanese companies of all sizes (including start-ups, SME’s and large listed companies), assisting with UK visa applications for expats and their families. The team also assist private clients.
The team also has unparalleled expertise in advising on immigration compliance and assists with sponsor licence (renewal) applications/UKVI audits/fulfilling a wide range of sponsor duties and obligations. The team regularly arranges Japanese seminars, webinars, and newsletters, keeping all clients closely updated with immigration rule/policy changes.
