Main Responsibilities of the Role:

• Report directly to the Department Director
• Provide proactive client care, understanding clients’ needs with sensitivity
• Assist with casework involving Immigration matters, including advocacy
• Attend clients, take instructions, and prepare cases
• Handle correspondence and prepare funding applications
• Draft documents, witness statements, and manage evidence
• Prepare applications for Home Office requirements
• Attend conferences and court hearings
• Maintain accurate time records and comply with file management procedures

Key Skills Required:

• Experience and passion for publicly funded Immigration Law
• Law degree and relevant legal experience (Paralegal/Senior Caseworker/Advisor)
• Understanding of Immigration Laws
• Strong communication, organizational, and IT skills
