IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL, ACCREDITED TO LEVEL 2, £25,000 - £32,000 + BONUSES, TYNE & WEAR/ HYBRID

Responsibilities
  1. Provide legal support in immigration cases from initial consultation through tribunal representation.
  2. Advise clients on asylum, visa extensions, appeals, and other immigration matters.
  3. Prepare and submit applications, statements, and supporting documents.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Level 2 immigration caseworker.
  • Advocacy experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of immigration law and legal processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
