Bupa UK in Leeds is recruiting an Immigration Compliance Advisor on a fixed-term 12-month contract to ensure UKVI sponsor licence salary and payroll compliance for sponsored workers. The role sits in the UK Support functions, with hybrid working up to 3 days WFH and a 37.5 hour week.
You will develop and monitor salary compliance processes, review rostering and payroll data, produce compliance dashboards, and coordinate with Payroll, Healthroster and HR to implement corrective actions.

You will be responsible for ensuring Bupa maintains full compliance with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Sponsor Licence requirements relating to sponsored workers, with a key focus on the salary and payroll compliance requirements recently introduced by the Home Office across the Care Services business.
