Job summary

Mishcon de Reya LLP in London seeks an experienced Immigration lawyer to advise on UK and transatlantic immigration matters for high-net-worth clients and corporate clients. You will handle sponsor licensing, compliance, and routine and complex visa applications.

The role requires 1–3 PQE in immigration law, strong client management, and the ability to work across teams with a global client base. Flexible working is available within a high-performing team.

• 1-3 PQE gained within immigration law.

Responsibilities

• Advising HNW and UNHW clients in respect of their UK immigration options.
• Advising clients wishing to establish a business in the UK.
• Advising on various work based visa categories.
• Advising companies on all aspects of sponsor licencing, Home Office compliance and right to work checks.
• Global Talent, innovator and start-up visa applications.
• Applications for EU Nationals under the EU Settlement Scheme.
• Applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK.
• Applications for British Citizenship - often involving the exercise of discretion.
• Asylum, humanitarian protection and human rights claims.
• Strategic immigration advice.
