Job summary

Lawrence Dean Recruitment Ltd in Stevenage is recruiting a Temporary Production Operative for a 4-6 week assignment with a local manufacturer. You will perform light production tasks, inspect packaging and seal products for dispatch.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, high accuracy and reliability. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, with weekly pay and the potential for overtime, in a clean, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Able to carry out repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting packaging for quality and accuracy.
• Sealing products ready for dispatch.
• Carrying out visual quality checks.
• Following production instructions and quality procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Working to production targets whilst maintaining accuracy.
• Supporting the wider production team as required.
