CMB Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver for a leading company based in Airport Road West, Belfast. You will ensure accurate stock levels, pick/pack orders for next-day delivery, and conduct cycle counts as required.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with opportunities to grow within a company that invests in its staff. Highlights include handling goods in, put-away, dispatch, and stock control, plus forklift operation (counterbalance/reach).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience including goods in, put-away, pick, pack, dispatch and stock control.
• Forklift License - Counterbalance/Reach.
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, flexible and able to work as part of a team.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Accurate order checking, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
• Goods Inwards: checking, sorting and put-away of received products.
• Report discrepancies to line manager/supervisor promptly.
• Maintain excellent communication with departments.
• Keep stock area clean and organized; ensure safe storage.
• Perform stock takes and cycle counts as required.
• Process returns from customers and assist with training updates as needed.
