Job Description:

Hi, my name is Rob, and I have Multiple Sclerosis. I am seeking a caring, patient, and practical personal assistant to support my recovery and well-being. I have a good sense of humor and stay positive despite life's challenges. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and enjoys activities such as painting, live music, and football.

I require assistance with muscle stretching, which I do daily, and gym weight training three times a week. A background or knowledge in physiotherapy or care would be beneficial but is not essential, as most skills can be learned.
