Job summary

Meridian are seeking two Mechanical Supervisors to work on new-build residential projects in Leeds city centre for a leading UK M&E contractor. Immediate start with 40-hour weeks, on-site, across multiple Leeds sites.

Candidates should have a strong mechanical background in residential and high-rise environments, with CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications. Favourable CIS or PAYE terms and a day rate of £270–£290 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card and SSSTS/SMSTS are required.
• Experience supervising plumbers and pipefitters on 1st/2nd fix sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plumbers and pipefitters on site, ensuring progress and quality.
• Enforce HSE and QA procedures, RAMS and inductions for all on-site staff.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and manage materials and workload across multiple sites.
