About the Role:

• Provide strategic legal support to the business following a recent acquisition.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including inter-company agreements.
• Advise on legal considerations related to international expansion.
• Offer guidance as the company evolves and diversifies its product offerings.

Key Requirements:

• UK-qualified solicitor (a MUST).
• Strong in-house legal experience within the tech sector.
• Prior experience in a start-up environment is highly advantageous.
• Global legal exposure and understanding of cross-border issues.
• Commercially astute with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with investors, executive leadership, and board members.
