Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist clients with daily activities including:

• Transferring/moving
• Housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Errands and medical appointments
• Personal care (bathing, dressing, shaving)
• Medication reminders
• Range of motion exercises
• Dementia care
• Companionship activities

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid PA driver's license and insured vehicle
• Background checks clearance
• CNA, HHA, PCA certifications preferred but not required
• Availability to work 2 weekends/month
