Immediate Need: Safety Specialist — Second Shift (6 PM – 2:30 AM)

Location: Greater Philadelphia Area
Industry: Food Processing

Are you a safety professional who thrives in fast-paced industrial settings? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for keeping people safe?

Todd is urgently seeking an experienced Safety Specialist to join a dynamic team in a busy food processing facility. This is a 6-week assignment on the second shift, working closely with a crew of 18 skilled welders.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise welding operations to ensure strict compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct thorough safety inspections and detailed audits throughout the facility.
• Coach and guide team members on safety protocols, fire prevention measures, and emergency preparedness.
• Proactively maintain a safe, hazard-free environment, with a strong focus on fire safety and working at heights.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing safety (food processing experience is a plus).
• Relevant safety certifications and strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, including OSHA 510.
• Confidence to lead, educate, and enforce best practices among a diverse team.
• Ability to work reliably the second shift (6 PM – 2:30 AM) for the duration of the assignment.
