Responsibilities
  • To support and cooperate with the Relationship Managers in their activities and manage the relationship with the reference customer on the territory of competence.
  • Ensure the execution of all administrative requirements to support the Relationship Managers.
  • Support the Relationship Managers in achieving profitability, commercial and risk goals for the customers in question.
  • Support the Relationship Managers in targeted customer visits to achieve defined commercial goals.
  • Perform administrative activities related to customer management both individually and as part of a team.
  • Proactively liaise with the customer in the management and resolution of problems and requests.
  • Ensure proper management of customers, guaranteeing internal compliance to the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Bank's other operating processes.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the Banking Industry in a similar position is required.
  • Degree in Finance or Economics or related field.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis.
  • English: mother tongue required.
  • Italian or other MENA language are a plus.
  • Right to work in UK.
  • Ability to understand and exploit financial information and databases.
