Job summary

ICON Clinical Research in the United Kingdom seeks an Imaging Training Specialist to develop and deliver internally approved documentation for imaging studies. You will create training presentations, site questionnaires, and acquisition guides within Study timelines and collaborate with the project team to ensure imaging protocol requirements and client preferences are incorporated.

You will design automated or remote training presentations and deliver training via web conferencing to sites

Qualifications

• Radiologic Technology or equivalent experience in Medical Imaging.
• One to two years in a clinical research environment preferred.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably within healthcare or clinical research.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse learners.
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and learning technologies, with experience in e-learning development tools a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in training delivery and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Developing study documentation and providing technical expertise in creating study documentation.
• Providing technical support to sites during the entire study period.
• Developing and delivering follow-up training to improve site performance.
• Developing automated, voice-over training presentations.
• Developing and delivering remote training presentations.
• Delivering on-site training when required.
• Maintaining accurate onsite and remote training records.
• Working with Medical & Scientific Affairs to develop imaging protocols.
• Assisting with cardiac documentation and training if needed.
• Domestic and international travel required up to 50% of the time.
