Job summary

Technical Futures Ltd. is seeking an Electronics Development Engineer with strong DFM/DFA/DFT knowledge and experience in complex PCB assemblies.

You will join a team developing cutting-edge imaging solutions for Security, Defence and Industrial customers, and help transition products from development to scalable manufacturing. The role involves close collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing and Quality teams, applying electronics expertise to ensure manufacturability and reliability, with exposure

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or similar.
Minimum 3–4 years' experience in an electronic manufacturing environment.
Industrial experience of using Altium PCB CAD.
Solid understanding of DFM/ DFA/ DFT.
Experience supporting products from prototype through to production for low to medium volume products.
Proven experience of PCB assembly and electronics integration.
Exposure to video standards and USB is advantageous; familiarity with automation software and military standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own electronics aspects of transitioning products from development through scalable manufacturing.
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure robust electronics design and manufacturability.
Provide support for PCB assembly and electronics integration throughout product lifecycle.
