Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Assistant on a bank basis to support the imaging department across shifts. The role requires providing patient-centred care, assisting the imaging team, and maintaining professional standards under supervision.

Applicants should have imaging or healthcare assistant experience, care certificate or willingness to work toward NVQ levels, and GCSEs in Maths/English. Private hospital group offers development and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Previous Imaging or Healthcare Assistant experience.
• Customer care experience, including challenging interactions.
• Care Certificate or willingness to work towards.
• Willingness to progress to NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard of patient-centred care within the imaging team.
• Support qualified staff and accompany patients through procedures.
• Adhere to NMC HCPC frameworks and professional conduct codes.
• Demonstrate competence as Imaging Assistant within scope of duties.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality patient care.
• Complete mandatory training as required.
