An opportunity for an Image Viewer/Customer Service Advisor has arisen within an exciting photoshoot company based in Wakefield and Huddersfield. The business boasts two state-of-the-art photographic studios, which offer beautiful settings for a makeover and photoshoot.

The Image Viewer/Customer Service Advisor role has the following responsibilities:

• To liaise with the customer, making them feel comfortable at all times.
• Liaise with the customer and show them the photographs that have been taken.
• Upsell and inform the customer of any special offers regarding the purchase of the photos.
• Inform the customer of how the process works regarding their newly taken photographs.

The role involves working weekends and can be offered on a full or part-time basis to suit the right candidate. The position involves working from both studios in Wakefield and Huddersfield.

This is an exciting role suitable for someone passionate about Photography, makeup, hair styling, etc., and who is a people person.
