The responsibilities of the Image Viewer/Customer Service Advisor include:

1. Liaising with customers to ensure they feel comfortable at all times.
2. Showing customers the photographs taken during their session.
3. Upselling and informing customers of any special offers related to photo purchases.
4. Explaining the process regarding their photographs.

This role involves working on weekends and can be offered on a full or part-time basis to suit the right candidate. The position involves working at both Wakefield and Huddersfield studios.
