Job description

What You’ll Do
  • High-Volume, High-Quality Editing: Execute end-to-end image retouching for a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This includes routine touch-ups, colour correction, batch processing, and standard compositing, ensuring all assets—from pack shots to lifestyle imagery—strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Advanced AI Compositing & Generation: Drive our generative AI workflows to create seamless, realistic product imagery. This involves isolating products from backgrounds using AI cutouts, placing them onto custom clean plates, and utilising heavy image-to-image processing. You will also occasionally transform CAD models into photorealistic lifestyle images using generative AI.
  • Digital Asset Management & Metadata: Take ownership of server organisation. Ensure all image files and project folders are logically structured, clearly named, and heavily supported by accurate metadata tagging so assets are instantly searchable for the wider creative teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our photographer, designers, and other departments to ensure visual assets meet project briefs. You'll communicate efficiently to manage incoming requests, hit tight deadlines, and assist the photographer when required.
  • Continuous Development & Process Innovation: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitor imagery, and new software. Work closely with our photographer to deeply understand lighting, composition, and what makes a great shot. You will also collaborate with management to devise training and help upskill the team in the Adobe Suite and emerging tech.
