About the Role:

We are looking for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the sustainment and support of cutting-edge defence systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop your programme management and customer-facing skills, and enhance your international exposure.

You’ll be responsible for developing strategic logistics solutions, ensuring effective supply chain planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain mission-critical defence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement ILS strategies to support advanced defence systems
2. Analyse and optimise logistics models to enhance operational efficiency
3. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective support solutions
4. Manage supply chain planning and sustainment strategies to ensure seamless customer delivery
5. Identify and mitigate potential risks in logistics support and maintenance operations
6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system readiness and performance

What We’re Looking For:
