A cartoonist is needed to illustrate a children's book project consisting of approximately 20 to 24 illustrations in both black and white and color. This is a remote assignment with a flexible yet defined delivery window of 30 to 45 days. The illustrations will be central to the storytelling and must capture a playful, engaging tone suitable for young readers. This is a single assignment intended for publication by an individual author, with clear creative direction provided throughout the process.

Requirements

• Proven experience illustrating children’s books or similar narrative content
• Ability to produce 20–24 illustrations in both black and white and color
• Proficiency in digital or traditional illustration techniques appropriate for print
• Strong storytelling skills through expressive characters and dynamic compositions
• Capacity to deliver high-quality work within a 30–45 day timeframe
• Excellent communication and responsiveness in a remote working environment
