Job summary

Twinkl Ltd. is recruiting an Illustration Operations Manager to drive measurable business impact through continuous performance improvement, quality output and illustration team capability.

You will own collecting and analysing production data, identify opportunities for improvements, and implement regular process improvements for Illustrators across territories. You will line manage the Illustration Development Manager, Illustration Training Coordinator, and AI Illustration Coordinator,

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team.
• Strong understanding of the illustration process.
• Strong understanding of project management.
• Strong understanding of process improvement.
• Ability to use Google Sheets and Tableau at an intermediate/advanced level.
• Interest in learning about automations, operational tooling and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own data collection and analysis of Illustration Production data to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Lead Illustration TLs to enable shorter end-to-end lead times and improve resource allocation.
• Work with leaders across departments to understand support needs and impact of changes.
• Line manage and support Illustration Development Manager, Illustration Training Coordinator, and AI Illustration Coordinator.
• Drive continuous improvements across the production operations team to enhance efficiency and quality.
