We have an exciting opportunity for an IGTS-MoS Installed Base and Service Business Officer. You’ll have the chance to discover how the Health System Commercial and Customer Services Teams operate while working for Philips, a company dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives. The role requires a minimum of 3 days in the office, including at least 1 day in the Amsterdam office, with the remaining 2 days flexible between Eindhoven or Best offices. This position is focused on Europe, and international relocation is not offered.
The IGTS-MoS Install Base and Service Business Officer will report to the European MoS Business team. The responsibilities include driving the Mobile Surgery Customer Service business across Europe, collaborating with services, equipment sales, modality, and business teams to develop effective service strategies, introducing new service offerings considering market differences across Europe, and enabling sales teams to confidently communicate our customer service capabilities. Additionally, the role involves managing commercial opportunities within the MoS Install Base, utilizing install base data to align commercial opportunities, maintain visibility on install base replacements, and support business and marketing initiatives to promote sales.
