Job Description:

Are you an experienced communicator who wants to make an impact in global health as an IGHI Communications and Events Officer? At the Institute of Global Health Innovation (IGHI), you will work with a dedicated team to lead and support communication and events activities across various research areas. The IGHI Communications and Events Officer will help enhance IGHI’s reputation as a leading institute in global health research, education, and policy.

Your role involves creating inspiring communications and organizing events that showcase the Institute’s work and increase visibility among stakeholders. You will manage digital and print content, including websites, social media, and newsletters, to engage current audiences and attract new ones.

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for healthcare, with creativity, writing flair, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Experience in producing content across multiple mediums, especially social media.
  • Expertise in planning and executing a variety of events.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships and ensure high-quality outputs.
